Then it’s time to join me and many others for another amazing, unique, life changing 21 day workshop cleanse.  There are already other past participants who can’t wait to start up again.

If you follow through with the cleanse guidelines you will lose weight and keep it off.  You keep it off because you create a new relationship with food.  You learn a healthier lifestyle and have lots of fun while doing it.

Here’s how it works…

The cleanse will last for 21 days and although it is a very gentle cleanse, it is very effective.

Each week you will learn new foods, set weekly goals, share your experience and learn from others in the cleanse community.  The community is what creates the success.  It is almost impossible to get the same results by doing this cleanse on your own.  The community is what makes it successful.

Here is the class breakdown.

Darrell Holladay – owner of Comedy Caravan will be kicking us off this year at the beginning of the first class!  Darrell has lost a lot of weight and improved his health, by changing his relationship with food.  He is anxious to tell you his story!

The first class – Intro to Cleansing -  will be an in depth look at what cleansing is.  You will be setting your personal goals and intentions.  You will have received your FREE copy of the Pure Balanced Health Cleanse EBook prior to the class.  The EBook incudes your complete outline for the 21-day cleanse; including recipes, remedies and special drinks that will support you during the entire 21 days.  During this first class you will receive tips and recommendations to personalize and support YOUR cleanse.  

You will also get the opportunity to meet the other participants who will be on this cleansing journey with you.  We will be forming a support group and a buddy system for those who would like a buddy.

The second class – Deepening Your Cleanse -  has two parts.

The first part is an opportunity to check in on your cleansing progress, ask questions and refine the process with me and the cleansing community.

The second part of the class will be a 30 minute yoga, stretching and meditation class.  Through yoga and meditation you will strengthen and deepen your cleansing experience.

The third and final class is Making a Successful Transition

In my experience people feel great while cleansing but coming out of the cleanse can be tricky.  Each participant will realize different things about their personal relationship to food and this is the week to concentrate deeply on that relationship.

During our third session together you will learn healthy ways to transition out of your cleansing process and discover how to create ongoing support to improve your health and nutrition.

During this entire cleanse, you will be a part of an online support group.  This way we can all learn from each other.  The more support you give others, the more you will benefit while on the cleanse.

In the past people have shared about many things, including noticeable changes in their cravings, digestion, allergies or relationship to food and their body.  People share what is going well and where they are struggling.  The group will chime in with support and understanding to help carry you through the 21 days.

High Noon Exercise - Only The Strong Survive

Come and join Frank Pontrich (former Hawaii Ironman) and me, on Mondays and Thursdays, from 12 Noon to 12:35PM, for an intense 35 minute callisthenic workout that focuses on upper body, core and lower body.  All you will need is a set of hand weights and a mat.  This class has advanced exercises and lots of great stretches.  You are guaranteed to get sore and build muscle if you attend regularly.
